Future Programming of BMGT

 

Joint BMGT/SCHB symposium

I am looking for presenters from BMGT and similar who can shed some light on how those of us in SCHB can do business with the larger companies.  I know from my experiences in big R&D management that as times get worse, you shed nonessential vendors and bring the work in-house to avoid personnel reductions.  However, once you have lost staff, senior mgmt. still wants the job done so you have to go looking again for outside vendors.

So, how can those of us in SCHB with services and products to offer, make a win-win deal with big-company purchasing departments?
